Let's talk about raising goats for a minute.
During goat kidding season we are typically awake every 2 to 3 hours checking on pregnant does or making sure baby goats are nursing. If it's snowing, raining or 102 degrees we are outside with our goats. It is a 7 day a week job. We don't have a start time or a end time, we work nights and weekends. What is a holiday or vacation? In short we do it "For the love of Goats!" Get 2 or 3 goats and you will see why we do it!
