Is this Boer Doe fluffy or pregnant?

We did not witness this Boer Doe breeding or dating but you know how that works on the goat farm. She is laying around being lazy, gaining weight and her teats look like they are changing slightly. At this point we do nightly udder checks and announce that dating is not allowed. I think we need a new plan.
