I imagine that feeding grain to the goats is similar to feeding a pack of T-Rex's. We have feeders on the goat pasture fence line so that we can fill them from the outside without going in to be mobbed. After we fill the feeders on the fence line we move to the inside where we have some hog pans for the little baby goats.
We do have several Mini Nubians, Nigerians and Boers that chase us from feeder to feeder. They act as if we are putting new candy into each feeder and they need to be the first to taste it. I used the word taste because they take a bite and run to the next goat feeder just in case it is better than the last one.
